Ingredients

  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 225 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Salt
  • Vanilla extract
  • Chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 170°C.

Soften the butter with a spatula, then add the brown and white sugar.

Whisk hard until the mix becomes pale yellow and foamy. Then add the egg and some drops of vanilla.

Sieve the flour with the baking powder and a pinch of salt. Pour it in and mix very well. Add the chocolate chips last.

Take pieces of the mixture with a tablespoon and put them on the Tefal plaque, then flatten with a wet palm to make 10cm-wide pallets.

Put in the middle of the oven and bake the cookies for around 10 minutes. The cookies must be crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Take them out and let them sit on the plaque for about 5 minutes, then let them cool elsewhere.

The cookies can also be eaten warm.
